Schedule your appointment and complete your intake form
Before your visit, you will fill out a quick hair loss questionnaire so we can show up prepared. It covers your medical and hormone history, medications, shedding timeline, stress, sleep, diet, thyroid related symptoms, and scalp symptoms like itch or flaking.
Meet with the pharmacist for a personalized consultation
During a 15- to 30-minute consultation, we will review your questionnaire, identify your likely root cause pattern, and discuss lifestyle, stress, nutrition, and supplement options if you would like that support. You will also receive a suggested lab list to take to your prescriber and a recommended custom compounded topical formula based on your needs.
Important note: our recommendations are educational. A licensed medical provider must do diagnosis and prescribing.
Choose your provider path
You have two options to get labs and prescriptions authorized
Use your own provider or we can help you find a provider.
We will give you a provider packet that includes suggested labs, your symptom summary, our recommended compounded formula, and key history and triggers to streamline your visit.
Labs and prescription authorization
Your provider decides which labs to order and which compounded formula to approve. After we receive your prescription, we’ll confirm pricing with you and then prepare your customized compound.
Follow up at 8 weeks
At your follow up, you will share your lab results (uploaded before the appointment), symptom changes, and photos if you would like. We reassess what is driving the issue and adjust recommendations for your prescriber to review.
Ongoing maintenance and support
Hair regrowth usually takes 12 to 24 weeks of consistent treatment. We provide ongoing support, refill coordination with your provider, and check ins including an email around month 4, month 6, and month 12 with the option to book and review labs.
