Importance of Greens

All of these are an easy way to add those missing fruits and greens into your diet without having to take the time to create recipes or different meals. Cooking vegetables not only takes time but cooks a lot of the nutrients out of your food, smoothies on the other hand are quick and keep that nutrition! It also helps picky eaters who don’t like the vegetable taste.

Getting your daily dose of greens is SO important. Eating at least 1 cup of leafy greens a day can lower risk of heart disease, slow cognitive decline, and increase muscle strength.
